I phoned up late afternoon and spoke to a young lady was given prices and full details etc. I phoned back before you closed and she took all details. I arrived early the next morning with paperwork all ready and completed to hand, the gentleman I dealt with was extremely efficient.

I expained to him that I would be away for the rest of the day but my partner would be moving in our goods. When he arrived the staff phoned to check with myself that he was the authorised person and again efficiently sorted him out with the room and security codes. An excellent service with excellent security measures throughout.

I can't thank you and your team enough for all your help and support over the last 3 months.

Initially the storage space I took from you to store fitness equipment was great. The facility was easily accessible and provided exactly what I needed to add professionalism to a fledgling business and help me declutter my home!

What has added enormous value to my experience though, and that which has resulted in tangible growth and earnings potential for the business, has been the opportunity to open a fitness studio at your facility.

There is no way my business could have adopted its own premises in the traditional way; the overheads were just too big and the income too unpredictable. With The Storage Team, the short notice period, low overheads and great pricing has meant that I could open the only dedicated group fitness training venue in Merseyside without compromising on the flexibility I require or the quality of service we offer.

This was always the dream for PB Fit but thanks to The Storage Team, it is a reality and for that I can't thank you enough.

The staff are an asset to the business and have been incredibly accommodating and welcoming towards my clients, adding extra value to their experience of my business. I have used self storage on a few occassions now whilst relocating between jobs and houses. Self storage at The Storage Team has been perfect, as I have been free to come and go as required, with exceptionally friendly staff to help and advise as required.

Other storage companies were considered but eventually rejected based on their lack of facilities, access, cost and overall customer focus. I would definitely recommend potential customers to use The Storage Team facilities.

I store my documents at The Storage Team and I have to confess that storage of these files was one of those things that I didn't worry about at one time. Files were stuffed into the loft for a few years and then eventually destroyed.

Since becoming a Home Inspector /Commercial Energy Assessor, things have changed. My professional body requires that documents are stored for 15 years.

This is why I now use The Storage Team. Having a convenient and easily accessible store room s a God send. I don't know what I would have done without it.

I have been a customer of The Storage Team for 3 ½ years, and would highly recommend them to friends, family and other businesses. The main reasons I think The Storage Team excel in their field are due to:

• I can have goods delivered to the facilty and not have to worry about missing deliveries or losing working hours waiting for parcels. The staff will then put my equipment into my room safely and securely.

• I have saved money having my equipment based in one place instead of travelling all over to collect items.

• The customer service is excellent and the staff cannot do enough for you.

• I have had stolen £40,000 worth of tools and equipment from a unit I previously rented. Since moving to The Storage Team, I have not had a single problem, and I am confident that my goods are safe and very secure in my room.

• The facility and grounds are always kept clean and tidy.

Prior to taking up a unit at your premises I had a unit in St Helens that was on an industrial estate. I had great reservations of what to expect from a self storage company. I anticipated hidden extra charges, restricted hours of access, difficulty in getting deliveries made without my personal attendance.

I kept on seeing the premises when I came off the M62 and was struggling to find a solution to my storage needs. Although only small premises needed it was a big practical need to meet my clients needs and mine. I took the leap of faith and came into the reception expecting a load of blurb! This I didn't get, I appreciated the simplicity of the contract, the ease of the start up and more so the cost!

Once I got my unit and started to receive deliveries, it was an added relief and bonus. The Storage Team even received unexpected deliveries and put the items into my unit without my attendance - they then called me to say that a delivery had been made!

Being a small business that requires me to be on the road all over the country, the down time to meet deliveries can be truly difficult. Their commitment to support my business is clear to see. I would firmly recommend The Storage Team as they are a team within themselves and a true partner to my business. I directly see them as part of my team hopefully for a good time to come!

When I first decided to run my own distribution business, I originally contacted The Storage Team. It wasn't until I met with The Team that I realised they offer a complete back-up service to aid small businesses.

Their friendly staff will take deliveries in for me and also load any parcels I may have for dispatch. I never need to worry about deliveries being made or going out if I am not around - it's like having my own warehouse staff!

Also, I have free use of a conference room and office facilities which enables me to carry out training seminars or just somewhere comfortable and quiet to entertain visitors and guests. The Team also offer safe handling of all my business post by means of secure mail boxes.

All in all I would recommend The Storage Team to anyone who is thinking of running a small business or indeed to anyone who is looking for a secure place for storage.

Having been a customer of The Storage Team for several years, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Being new to self storage, I did not know what to expect when I embarked upon visiting them in my role as Equipment and Resources Co-Ordinator.

I have used The Storage Team for a number of years now for both storage of stock and more recently as a trade counter for my fishing tackle business. I find the flexibility that they offer my business to be a massive benefit. I can increase and decrease the size of my storage as suits my business needs without being tied into a long-term contract.

Security was an important factor in my decision to run my business from The Storage Team and I know that my stock is safer here than it would be in a stand alone shop.

It's also great to be able to make use of the free receipt of goods service, meaning that I don't have to be here when stock arrives or goes out as the staff here will look after it for me. The free use of forklift truck and other trolleys are also a big advantage and they make life a lot easier when dealing with stock .

I would encourage any small or start-up business to use The Storage Team as one way or another they will be able to meet whatever needs you have and you'll find that you will save yourself money in the long run. It's essentially a one-stop shop for almost any business you could think of. By the way, whatever you do don't forget to take advantage of the free vending machine!
